Fees for services are outlined in individual service agreements or proposals. Payments are due as specified; late payments may result in a pause of services until resolved.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for them (such as website designs). One Web Click retains rights to its proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
While we apply industry best practices to every project, digital marketing results (such as search rankings or ad performance) depend on many external factors and cannot be guaranteed.
Ongoing service plans may be cancelled by either party with 30 days' written notice, unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement.
One Web Click is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
